Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 14 business days. We usually post once per week.
UK SHIPPING
Postage within the UK is sent 1st Class. The charge between £1.83 to £3.95 depending on the size of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I send my parcels using Royal Mail standard International shipping (9-10 working days). Which ranges between £4.20 to £5.05 depending on the size of your order. We also offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for £9.50.
A note for my European Union Customers
As of 1st July 2021 there will be a change of rules for VAT on EU orders. Your order will be sent as 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' which means you will have to pay import VAT (and potentially customs duty if applicable) and a handling fee. These charges are out with my control and will vary depending on your country. Unfortunately they may also cause delays to shipping times too. If you would like to pre-pay these charges please shop through my ETSY store here I'm so sorry about Brexit. Living in Scotland I voted to remain in the EU. Thanks for your understanding.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem, you can currently return or exchange your items up to 28 days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For our hoop sets, hoops are non returnable, unless faulty. Charms can be returned or exchanged, but must be returned as a set e.g. 2+ pairs of charms.
